Well, the sun is staying up longer, the temps they are rising, and we ALL know what that means!
Summer is right around the corner.
While we all await this summer lovin’ season, some may be drag racing to the gym as they haven’t tackled that stubborn winter/spring fat.
So, let’s talk solutions, let’s talk FAT BURNERS!
Essentially what a fat burner does is help jump-start our internal engines to aid our body is burning fat by simulating hormonal reactions. Not hormonal reactions like at the prom dance-off, but as in simulating a chemical message to our bodies to burn fat as fuel to gas up our T-birds!
Gym rats there are some standard ingredients in some of the most well-known fat burners but there are also some that you may not have been keen to. Caffeine, yea we all know it, but what about Green Tea extract? Yohimbine? Caffeine FROM a coffee bean?
