Is it just me, or have fitness trends changed dramatically in the last couple of years? Well, it’s a fact they have. Health, wellness, and working out have never looked more diverse and, honestly, game-changing. This year’s fitness trends are already bursting into our lives (and our sponsored ads), and it brought to mind Missy Elliot’s hit tune WORK IT.

In 2022 one of the hottest fitness trends is actually Home Fitness. This includes everything from becoming besties with your Peloton instructor to using your favorite App for equipment-less workouts… or even decking out your living room with a boutique fitness studio. At-home workouts are storming the WORLD! And at a close second to this, the next hottest fitness trend of 2022 is Holistic Fitness. Now, if you’re like me and that word doesn’t mean a lot to you, I’ll explain. Holistic fitness is basically an approach to whole-body health, combining regular exercise with restorative activities like meditation and even monitoring your sleep patterns. But don’t worry, Gym Rats, this doesn’t mean we all have to become yogi’s (Unless you want to!). Holistic fitness can be measured in all of our favorite wearable devices we already have – apple watches, Fitbit, and any other wearable tech.
So while The newest trends of 2022 have us searching inward, I wanted to give you all a great list to complement this.. because you are worth it! This week I’m talking about the perfect Multi-Vitamins. They are the best way to make sure our bodies are performing as smoothly and efficiently as possible, ensuring we get the right mixture of vitamins and minerals every day. This is the best (and easiest) way to keep our bodies, immune system, bones, and even our minds functioning at max capacity. When your overall health can be SO easy to maintain and increase, why wouldn’t we give ourselves the very best care possible?! We are worth the effort.
Now, please remember that multi-vitamins are not in exchange for anything else – like a good diet! Just because I make sure, my immune system and core body health are working the best they can doesn’t mean I can ignore common sense. We are just taking general wellness supplements to give ourselves another layer of support.
