Evolution Is A PAIN?!

Billions of years of evolution have given mankind physical dominance. Natural selection and evolution created our bodies to be the dominant life on Earth. Think about that for a second… We have the physical potential to take over the world! So why then does something SEEMINGLY inconsequential like joint pain have the ability to stop us in our tracks?! Did you think I was gonna get all “science guy” on ya? Well, I am!
Maintaining healthy joints and preventing joint pain/disease doesn’t get talked about nearly enough. It has connotations that remind us of our parents and grandparents, and it’s far too easy to dismiss it. So let me tell you all that we should stop this right now!!! We will go from being Gym Rats to the rats that gyms put poison down for just to keep them out without healthy joints! Ok… weird metaphors aside, let’s take this seriously!
