Making My Joint

That’s right Gym Rats, let me make a…. Joint.

 

And no, I’m not talking about Mary Jane. The pun (or should I say point) I’m trying to make is all about Joint Health!

Joint pain is commonly thought of as referring just to knees, hands, and hips. The truth is much deeper. In our spine alone, there are over 100 different joints. That is over 100 various potential sources of pain in just our spines. Most Chiropractors also recommend that if you’re 30 or older, you should be taking preventative steps to avoid joint pain. So how do we prevent Joint pain?

 

There is one active ingredient that you find in almost every single Joint Supp. Glucosamine. It’s a natural chemical compound in our bodies that keep our cartilage healthy and squishy (for lack of a better word). Unfortunately, as with all our naturally produced chemicals and hormones, our Glucosamine levels dip as we get older, creating joint pain, arthritis, back pain, and an almost endless list of things we need to avoid.
