TOP 10 PRE-WORKOUT SUPPLEMENTS FOR 2018

…Focus and Intensity are the Name of the Game

Whether your workout starts when you walk into the gym, hit the track, or step on the field, you better bring the energy and intensity. The greatest athletes always leave everything on the field, and each workout should be no different. Pre-workouts have long been considered a bread and butter supplement for many athletes specifically for this purpose, bringing the heightened energy, focus, pumps, and intensity that they crave. The best of the best in this category are sought after for their ability to take users to the next level and power through the competition.

Read The Full Intro...

The customers have voted with their re-buys and positive reviews of the best pre-workout supplements. Brands on this list have been reported by customers to be the go to supplements when the status quo is NOT an option and growth and personal bests are a must. Today we give to you the Top 10 Ranked Pre-Workout Supplements for 2018.

In late 2017 the industry was completely rocked, losing one its favorite ingredients. With the DMAA scandal that stripped many top products from the shelves, only the greatest contenders survived to grace the Top 10 in 2018. Surprisingly, many of them are making repeat appearances from years past, with the ban providing customers more reason to give them a try and discover why they have consistently ranked at the top.

It’s also opened the doors for new products to break onto the scene, and there a quite a few that made the list. Hard Rock Supplements, Psycho Pharma, and Redcon1 all stormed the market with their newest pre-workouts, each providing a hefty dose of stimulants as well as other potent ingredients that range from enhancing intensity and endurance to elevating mood.

But the latest innovation to sweep the market now that DMAA is out is the Nootropic category, which had never been seen before in the pre-workout category. These cognitive enhancers bring a completely new mental intensity to the game that until now was reserved only for your best training days. The new king of the Top 10 Pre-Workouts for 2018 features two such ingredients, and after reaching number one in record time remains the formula to beat.

Ranked by repeat sales, customer reviews and our Pro Support Staff’s experience using the supplements plus guidance and discussions with customers we proudly announce the TOP 10 Pre-Workout Supplements for 2018, Winter Edition. We had a few new manufacturers bring pre-workout products to market this season, however, after the data was tallied the leadership was evident. Strong Supplement Shop is one of the largest suppliers of these products worldwide and this list represents the Industry’s Best in Class.

The Top 10 is based on:

  • Repeat Sales – So loved users buy them again & again voting with their wallets (the most powerful vote of all) – when a customer repeats a purchase of the same product it is a positive the product works.  Many of the pre-workouts on this list are purchased month after month by lots of customers.
  • Feedback from customers – their reviews and phone discussions – see for yourself you can read the reviews on the store site.
  • Logger results – documented results from Bodybuilders, Athletes and Fitness Models who used the supplements and reported their results and experience.
  • Our Pro Support Team’s own experience in discussions with customers who use them as well as their experience if they used the pre-workout themselves.

It was clear Wild Thing was destined for the #1 spot. Wild Thing’s formula goes beyond just stimulants and performance enhancers; it raised the bar on the whole pre-workout category adding in two new ingredients to the pre-workout world from the Nootropic category. Nootropics are cognitive enhancers that give Wild Thing the unique focus component customers are raving about. Also new are the muscle gaining and recovery nutrients rounding up the product’s tag line: “Activates Your Energy and Feeds Your Body”. After 3 years in the #1 position, Mesomorph has finally been dethroned. A brand new formulation near the cut-off date doesn’t give us enough time to get re-buy results and reviews. At the time of this publication little is known about the New Mesomorph other than it now it does not contain DMAA and sports a brand new label. Fear not Mesomorph fans, the manufacturer APS is no stranger to the preworkout game and this new formulation may even be better. Time will tell, its just that we take these numbers seriously and it would not be fair to include it in the Top 10 until it was battle tested by customers and earned its position.Read all the Reviews Here.

    Wild Thing for the Win!

I understand why people like mesomorph so much, but for me it is simply too strong. Wild Thing is strong but gives you clean energy, and is well balanced. Focus is sick!

    • Brian says:

I can’t believe NoXplode isn’t on this list!!! The only one on the list that I have tried was C4

      • James Strong says:

Hi Brian- Thank you for your comment. N.O.-Xplode was on the list a couple of years ago but fell off as newer, complete and more innovative products came on the market. People don’t re-purchase it like they used to and the reviews became less positive.

        Thank you again for commenting…

        • A.L. says:

N.O. XPLODE was reformulated and that made it horrible. It tore my stomach up every time I took it. I was happy with the old formula. Mr. Hyde and Dr Jekyll were two strong preworkouts when they were the old formula. When you stack them together, they are pretty strong and give really good pumps and tons of energy.

    • TW says:

Wild thing is legit! I also love love love Pulse by Legion

  • Lucas Santos says:

Why isn’t hyde on this list lol

    • James Strong says:

Hi Lucas – Thank you for your question. The main reason is rebuys – customers that buy Hyde are not making multiple purchases after the original buy. The others on the list score higher. Thank you again for asking.

      • Cooper says:

How about pump fuel insanity by PMD?

        • James Strong says:

Hi Cooper – Thank you for your comment. The Top 10 Ranked List is derived from product performance based on statistical process, it is what it is. You cannot just say, “how about this or you should have that”.

Thank you again for your inquiry though…

      • Derrick says:

Probably because its too sreong for tryrhem, if tou cant ha g, then you k ow the rest! Thats my favorite one!

        • James Strong says:

          Hi Derrick-

Thank you for your response. I hear ya, that is what I was going to say!

          Thank you again!!!

    • Cole says:

Well, Lucas, it’s because it’s 419mg of caffeine, which most people hate (Editor’s comment: this is Cole’s opinion), and the fact that… that’s basically it. It’s essentially flavored caffeine powder. There’s not enough Creatine (or other ingredients) for mass building, and not enough nitric oxide precursors for endurance. 500 mg of Agmatine should be at least 750, and Citrulline is massively underdosed at 500mg.

      • James Strong says:

Thank you for your opinion on Hyde Cole, we respect your response and presented it here, however, this is you opinion and not necessarily ours. That said, what you wrote may be a reason Hyde does not get many customer repurchases. We feel its a good idea to speak openly about the products and hopefully a rep from their company will see your post and take note. Thank you again Cole for expressing your views.

    • Tony says:

Well I guess you got your wish, Mr Hyde is now on the top 10. Not sure why though, if you look at the ingredients label and do some basic math you will see something doesn’t add up. 7.7g per serving but yet there is more than 8g in the first couple ingredients. This is where the majority of the workout world gets screwed over. A proper serving of pre-workout with the proper doses of the proper ingredients should have a minimum of 20g per serving. Whatever the serving is then the amount of ingredients should add up exactly to the serving size. So many pre-workout do this now days and it is such a rip-off our hard earned money. Please people research first before you buy. Cheers.

      • James Strong says:

Hi Tony- Thank you for your comment. We know what you are saying, however, you need to consider that the Top 10 is customer driven. Everyone has a favorite for various reasons. We take a “Wisdom Of Crowds” approach and Rank the products based on customer repurchase rate and reviews. If a customer buys a product over and over they do because it works, if many customers buy the same products over and over then, Wisdom of Crowds says, that for most people, that product is best. That said, we provide details and information about each product to help people like yourself make the best choice and we provide links to each product so you can do the research as you will find a wealth of info on the products on our site.

  • Bob says:

    Hi,
Is mesomorph clinically approved for use in Australia? Due to my employment we are regularly subject to urine testing. As such we are not allowed to test positive to substances that aren’t pharmaceutically approved in australia. Would like to know. Thanks

    • James Strong says:

Hey Bob- Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, you did not give us specific enough information to answer the question. In Australia and in the United States there are many testing requirements for many different agencies. What is deemed approved for the Military may not be approved for use by Police Officers in a particular State, for example. I will say this: We ship thousands of orders to Australia every month and I am not aware of any issues. But again, you must review the specific requirements of your test to make the determination. Thank you again for your question.

    • Denard says:

Hypershock Rage has the best results the only supplement on endurance and mass building that had 100% on two categories

  • Russell Lidstone says:

I’d like to know the concensus on pre-jym. And if there is something I should be using instead or as well.
    Thanks

    • James Strong says:

Hi Russell – Thank you for your comment. I am not sure there is a consensus on Pre-Jym, I believe it is a fine pre-workout. Its just that Customers make second, third and more purchases of the Top 10 Ranked Pre-workout Supplements more often than they do for Pre-Jym. Also, the pre-workout supplements in the Top 10 Ranked have more positive customer reviews.

To answer your question about using something else, let me answer it this way. I am not sure what you as an individual are looking for from your pre-workout, but I do know someone who can be very helpful in answering your question. Please call (or click at our site) our Pro Support Team at 888-774-3539 and ask them what can they suggest for you. They will ask you some questions about your specific objectives and needs and then give you some personal suggestions. I think you will be pleased with what they come up with. Thank you again!

      • Ale says:

I gotta say I went from C4 to Pre Jym and Pre jym is miles ahead of c4 in every aspect. I wish I would have switched sooner. I had to take a double dose of C4 to feel a little pump.

        • James Strong says:

Hi Ale – Thank you for your comment.

Your response is similar to many others. C4 and Pre Jym are both good mainstream preworkouts. I will tell you this: for most customers Pre Jym is miles ahead of C4, but the top products like Mesomorph and Wild Thing are light years ahead of Pre Jym. If you do try one of them please only start with a 1/4 or 1/2 serving size, they are that much more powerful.

Thank you again for your comment.

  • Ashley says:

Wild Thing is phenomenal. I absolutely love everything about it.

  • Eric says:

If you haven’t tried GAT, you’re missing out.

    • James Strong says:

Hi Eric- Thank you for your comment. I’ve never used the GAT product but I do know that it didn’t make the The Top 10 because it wasn’t re-purchased by the same people over and over again like the others. Maybe it will catch on in the future. Thank you again for your comment.

    • Cody till says:

Nitraflex by GAT is a phenomenal pre workout, in my opinion… The pump during and post workout is insane… But like I said,.. Personal opinion…

  • Nathan Riddle says:

I’ve never tried any of these, but we tend to stick with what works that we have tried. Triple X by Goldstar is amazing, but I have yet to find anyone else that has ever used it. Hence why it possibly didn’t make it on this list. I’m now open to trying Mesomorph. Thanks for the list…

    • James Strong says:

Hi Nathan- Thank you for your comment. Some pre-workouts never make it to the mass market, mostly because the market they don’t sell well for whatever reason. The products on the Top 10 Ranked Lists are all popular products and have a following of regular customers, so you will find many people who use them. The top products on the lists have the highest number of re-buys make by the largest number of existing customers for the particular product. We find a good number of these customers are purchasing the top products 9-12 times a year. This is the case with Mesomorph. I think you will find it very effective, especially if you want an intense and highly energetic workout. SUGGESTION: If this is your first time trying Mesomorph start with a 1/2 serving to assess your tolerance to its potency; you can always increase the serving size (do not exceed the mfgr recommendations) later. Thank you again for your comment.

  • Mike says:

Mesomorph is the best pre workout I’ve ever tried bottom line.

  • Baron says:

Do you put up bad reviews ? Seems to me most company’s only put up the good reviews or like Amazon fake reviews ,

Any proof the reviews are real?

I’m suspicious of wild thing as outside of this website there is very little info and Infact the new I have seen including the one YouTube review looks false

    • James Strong says:

Hey Baron- Thank you for your question. It is a good one. Please let me address your items here.

First, in this business we’ve found its best to take the bad with the good, it gives our customers vital info about what others have experienced. Everyone is different, thus what might be a negative for some is a positive for others. All our reviews are from existing customers as you need to be a registered customer to make a review. Generally, if a product we sell gets a high number of bad reviews we simply drop it from our line up, thus making sure we sell the best products all the time.

Second, here is a link to a third party website that we have no control over; anyone can make a review. Please read what others have written about us and make a determination for yourself. Click here to see Pricegrabber Reviews.

Third, The reason you don’t see Wild Thing anywhere else is that it is exclusive to us. When we were first introduced to it and had a chance to try it, we were like HOLY $?#! this stuff is great! We immediately worked out a deal to go exclusive. Wild Thing is that good, really. People who have tried it love it. We provide samples for it with a lot of orders, so if you are a regular customer you will probably get to try it before you buy it. Lastly, I cannot comment on the YouTube video as I have not see it. I will have to check it out when I free up.

Thank you again for your question. Have a great holiday!

  • tim says:

I’ve tried dozens of different pre-workout in the past few years. The original jacked formula was the best. The only other one that comes close is mesomorph. Jacked up is decent too. Wild thing is definitely not my favorite. It’s actually near the bottom of my list. Not sure why it’s even in the top 5 or 10 for that matter!

    • James Strong says:

Hey Tim – Thank you for your comment. By the look of your comment you really favor the EXTREMELY STIMULATIVE Pre-workouts. The original Jack was such an intensely stimulative formula the FDA forced USP Labs to take it off the market. I agree no other preworkout available matches Jack with the exception of Mesomorph, which is reported to be even more stimulative than the original Jack by some customers (read some of the comments on the product), and is one reason its favored by so many including yourself.

As for Wild Thing you are definitely in the minority, but I can see why since you thrive on the super stim of the previously mentioned products. Wild Thing is a bit different. Although its has a powerful stimulative effect it also includes 2 additional complementary ingredients called Nootropics, which are cognitive enhancers. Customers who favor Wild Thing comment not only on the stimulative effect but also on the intense focus that it gives to their workouts. Some report this focus is so intense it helps them reduce the time it takes to their workouts by a good factor (I don’t know the average but some have reported about 20% less time) WITH much more attention to form throughout their reps. Also, Wild Thing is in a new class of pre-workouts that also include nutrients such as amino acids, muscle gainers and electrolytes to feed muscles during the workout.

The highly stimulative pre-workouts are still very popular, but Wild Thing which offers a highly stimulative effect + focus + nutrition is being bought more and more by customers and are trending toward becoming the most popular in the future.

Thank you again for your commment.

  • E.J. Tomassacci says:

I have to agree Mesomorph is still the best I used it with Hemovol and WOW my profile pic on FB shows the pump was great and prolonged …as for C4 I am surprised it made the list, I worked at a big name health store and sold alot and always got ” it takes more to get the effects after a couple days but tastes great” I thought it was good in a pinch…so far I ran the gamut on pre workouts C4,Jacked 3d and 3D micro , NO Shotgun, BullKnox,Hyde, Nano Vapor , Iron Pump ,NeuroCore , Ravage but Mesomorph was by far the best …using Jeckyll and Hvol now great pumps but going back to Mesomorph and Hemovol …would the HyperShock be a no go for some one like me who workouts in the evening as I know the alot of these kept me up late no matter how tired I was ? …Good Review thumbs up

    • James Strong says:

Hi E.J. – Thank you for your comment.

I know what you are saying about C4, many people have the same reaction (including myself). But C4 is loved by a certain segment of the bodybuilding / fitness population. I believe this segment is mostly made up of mainstream types that don’t have much experience with the more boutique brands like Mesomorph; in the end it still sells well and some people love it. I recently talked to a customer that raved about C4 and how, when in college he got “Raging Pumps”; so its been around for a while and perhaps its all many mainstream people know.

That said, Mesomorph is most loved by customers now and the ones who buy it tend to be serious about the sport and do their homework.

Thank you again for your comment.

      • EJ Tomassacci says:

James your 100% right about C4 lol I sold alot of it …we came a long way in supplementation as now being 43 I started bodybuilding not just lifting back in 1987 are pre workout was CoQ10 and L Carnatine by Twinlab and caffeine tabs and protein powder was whatever we could mix in a blender with milk lol I took most of the 90s of but got into it at the height of the Creatine craze in 1997 funny they said caffeine and Creatine was a no no now its a must lol took 10 years off and was out of the loop lost all my mass went from 185 in 2006 to 120 by 2012 then but have been full throttle since then but first pre workout I took was C4 had no clue about the Beta Alanine tingles thought it was an allergic reaction lol also Androstene just got big in 1997 so had no clue how far they came till I took Vulcan so first month put on 12 pounds of lean muscle something I never could before so far up to 162 all lean so the stuff you guys rate prohormones, pre workouts, sarms, etc ALL WORK I am proof …keep at it and I think your reviews are great and helpful …my new thing is MyoGenic Factors for MTor stimulation and Myostatin Inhibitation will keep ya posted

        • James Strong says:

          Hi EJ-

Thank you for the response. Like you said C4 turns some people on, it works for them, so it makes the list. Not everyone is as hardcore as many of our customers.

          Thank you again!

        • Ali says:

Are these supplements ok for women

          • James Strong says:

Hi Ali- Thank you for your question. Yes, these preworkout supplements are used by healthy adult women as well as healthy adult men. Thank you again for your question.

  • Derek says:

Im looking for a preworkout that is easy on the digestive system. I have minor stomach issues and I was wondering if any of the supplements from the top 10 have favorable feedback. I take a 15 strain probiotic daily and I need a supplement that’s not so rough on the stomach. Previous used supplements are Assault, Aminolast,
    and creacore. Thanks

    • James Strong says:

Hi Derek- Thank you for your question.

This is a tough one because everyone is different thus effected by the products differently. First, and most importantly, if you have a medical condition please consult with your doctor prior to trying any of these (any supplement for that matter).

I am going to have to ask you to call our Pro Support Team at 888-774-3539 (or click chat at the site). Tell them more about what you need and your current condition. I think they can give you some suggestions that will work for you. All the pre-workouts have stims and some of the same ingredients of Creacore and the others. You might try a fat burner like Hydroxyelite or Hellfire if you can take the stim effect. It will energize you in the gym and doesn’t have much in the way of fillers. But it will be best to talk to our Team to get some personal assistance…oh and talk to you doctor as well.

Thank you again for your question!

  • Matthew Arnold says:

Why didnt Nitraflex make the list? One of best best taking pre-workouts in my opinion, especiallu green apple flavor.

    • James Strong says:

Hi Matthew- Thank you for your question. I will answer your question with the main reason its not on the current Top 10 Preworkout Supplements List and give you some important follow-up opinion.

The main reason is that at the time of the voting Nitraflex narrowly missed making the Top 10 Preworkouts due to customer re-purchase frequency. That said, GAT has rededicated itself and is making a big effort to produce top tier products. We noticed an increase in energy from the company last year, something that was lacking a few years previous. The ingredient panel on Nitraflex reads like that of the top next generation preworkouts and in responding to your question I looked, and saw a couple more positive reviews.

I think Nitraflex is a solid preworkout supplement and with a noticeable increase in energy from GAT management I would not be surprised to see it climb its way up the next list.

SHAMELESS PLUG: Why don’t you vote for it by picking up a jar this month and then next to help push it up the list. END OF SHAMELESS PLUG.

      Thank you for your question…

  • Travis Cummings says:

Hey there I’m looking for a pre that gives me a good boost focus and energy but won’t leave me with anxiety. I really liked pump fuel, but recently went with Shatter black onyx. And it leaves me with tons of anxiety and almost breathing issues afterwards. Any suggestions ?

    • James Strong says:

Hey Travis- Thank you for your question.

      I have 2 suggestions.

      1. Wild Thing, it will give you more focus than any other preworkout available as it contains two nootropics (as well as aminos and other key intra-workout ingredients); however, it does have a good amount of caffeine for intense energy so if caffeine makes you nervous I would take a look at item 2 below.

      2. Hyper-Shock Rage, its loaded with vitamins, nutrients, amino acids and electrolytes. It also contains a good amount of caffeine, however, it uses a lipid based time release system that releases the caffeine slowly. It keeps athletes going even after their workout, without the jitters. The nutrients also can have the effect energizing you and vastly helping with recovery.

I hope these suggestions help you out.

Thank you again for your question.

  • Trung Tran says:

IN my opinion, Outlift is the best
I dont know why it does not have in top 10.

    • James Strong says:

Hi Trung- Thank you for your comment. Outlift just doesn’t get the multi-rebuys the others on the list get. That’s why its not on the TOP 10 Preworkouts list.

I am interested in something new and something that has a good pump but not over the top. I have taken C4 and M5 Cellucor in the past. Loved the M5. Any suggestions? And I need something that is not super expensive. Thanks

    • James Strong says:

Hi Adam – Thank you for your question. I will suggest two.

First, Hyper Shock Rage by Myogenix. Hyper Shock Rage is not going to give you the most intense energy boost but its is the most complete preworkout on the market. Everything from anabolics to electrolytes – its a step up from C4 as far as pump goes but is far superior because it provides the amino acids and other nutrients to help you build muscle fast. A big benefit, often overlooked is the recovery aspect. Most people feel less sore the next day and are able to really working out hard, which in turn can mean more muscle gains.

Second, Wild Thing by Assault Labs. Wild Thing will give you a huge energy boost and a big boost in focus as well. It also contains some anabolics and other nutrients so it helps to feed your muscles but its more of a big pump and crank-out your workout beyond your limits kind of product. It is a non-dmaa based product, so its, “not over the top” like some of the most intense products. I think we get more customers turning to Wild Thing these days when stepping up their game. With Wild Thing you could probably do 1/2 or 3/4 serving and get a good workout; this way it virtually cuts the products cost in half.

As a suggestions you might want to try our free plus shipping sample trial. For just the cost of shipping (about $2.49 in the US) we send you a trial assortment of samples from the Top 10 Preworkout Supplements. Its a good way to go if you are trying to figure out what is best for you. All we want is for you to find what is best for you. There are no subscriptions or scammy re-order propositions – just give us the shipping cost and we ship you the samples same day; done deal. If you like one then fine buy it – I do think we give you a coupon but I’m not 100% sure – otherwise “hope you enjoyed the samples”!

  • Ron meunier says:

I have tried alto of preworkouts and nothing holds a candle to mesomorph. My second best is pre caged. I just bought v2 and am very unhappy.

    • James Strong says:

Hi Ron – Thank you for your comment. Your sediments about Mesomorph are common among bodybuilding enthusiasts.

  • Bobby says:

In your opinion what one is the highest intensity and longest endurance, and won’t break your wallet. I get only 3 to 4hrs of sleep a night so I need a big kick to wake up and that will last also. Thanks guys
    Bobby z

    • James Strong says:

Hi Bobby- Thank you for your question.

I’ve been in your shoes, two to three hours of sleep a night. In my experience its not enough and I now go for six to seven, but everyone is different and has different situations; we respect that.

So first, I would say get more sleep. If you are unable to I would say Mesomorph is probably the most intense, however, you might also try Hydroxyelite as many customers take it for its energy lift as well as fat burning qualities. Another one to look at is Wild Thing. Besides being intense and loaded with nutrients it has two nootropics, which are supplements that aid in mental cognition and focus.

Lastly, I would suggest Hyper Shock Rage, which has a lipid base delivery system that stretches out its energy for up to 7 hours, however, the intensity is not there like Mesomorph. But it has many nutrients, amino acids, vitamins and electrolytes that help to fuel you throughout the day. In your situation you should probably at least look at this one.

Beyond that you may want to consult your doctor. S/he may be able to prescribe something that fits your situation.

  • Pamela says:

So glad Wild Thing made the top 5.. It is the best PWO I’ve ever had! Clean and great pumps!!

  • Kristin says:

I am an evening exerciser, so I can’t handle caffeine or other stimulants, I have been using Opus, can you let me know if I am on the right track or what might work better?

    • James Strong says:

Hi Kristin- Thank you for your question. I personally don’t know about Opus, but if it works for you and doesn’t disturb your sleep maybe its the one for you.

Most of the preworkouts in The Top 10 Preworkouts are very stimulative because the majority of customers use them to get highly energized during their routines and work to push themselves beyond their previous limits.

However, you are not alone in wanting to workout without intense stimulants. Customers who fall into your category report that they get a good experience from Condense by Purus Labs. Another one, although it does have a low amount of stimulants is C4 by Cellucor. C4 has been around for many years for a reason – some customers swear by it.

I hope this helps you out.

Thank you again for your question.

  • Christian says:

I have tried Mesomorph and it gives you a very clean energy rush with no crash that lasts for hours.

    • James Strong says:

      Hi Christian-

Thank you for your comment. Your experience with Mesomorph is typical of what others have said. Thank you again…

  • William says:

Do you have any recommendations from the above list for US military members? I really would like to try Wild Thing. Just want to make sure I don’t purchase or use anything that currently contains banned ingredients. Thanks in advance.

    • James Strong says:

Hi William- I believe Wild Thing is a good choice. We have a large number of military customers who have been using it and I have not heard of any issues, they also use Mesomorph with no reported problems. That said, its always best to read the label and compare the ingredients to your division’s specific list.

  • Destiny says:

I just want to know what one of these will work? I’m just trying to tone up not get all big and muscley… I was weighting 180 two months ago and now I’m 165. I just want to tone up. And yes I am working out I have my own rutine planed out.

    • James Strong says:

Hi Destiny- Thank you for your question and I am glad to hear you are making progress, 15 lbs off is no small feat. Stay with it kid and before you know it you’ll be where you need to be.

I am going to suggest two preworkout supplements, one is stimulative and one is much less so; however both have nutrients to feed your muscles and help accelerate building muscle tone.

The first, is Wild Thing by Assault Labs. Wild Thing is stimulative yet it has a nice list of nutrients as well as nootropics. The nutrients are designed to help your body get the most from your workouts. Wild Thing will help you push harder and faster though your workouts, which for many people means they get more activity in less time, thus burning more calories and building more muscle tone than they would without it.

The other, is Hyper Shock Rage by Myogenix. Hyper Shock Rage is mildly stimulative, it uses a time released method so the stimulative effect is spread out over 7 hours (so don’t take it late). It also contains a complete list of nutrients, amino acids and electrolytes so it helps to feed your muscles and aids in their recovery afterward. It also helps to reduce or eliminate the soreness you may get the next day.

Both are very good and it just depends on your preference. I would also suggest you tap our Pro Support Team, you can call them toll free at 888-774-3539 or just click here: Pro Support. They will be able to help you individually by listening to your situation and helping you with workout, diet and supplementation. They are awesome and there is never a charge for their service.

  • Matthew says:

I am really shocked that dust extreme was not on the list .

    • James Strong says:

Hi Matthew – Thank you for your question. Dust Extreme is fairly new and hadn’t made its way high up on the re-buy list when this list was published. I haven’t looked at the scores lately but I know we have a bunch of customers that really love the product. I wouldn’t be surprised to see it make its way onto the list for the next update.

  • Richard Parker says:

The original NO Shotgun by VPX was all 1 needed.

    • James Strong says:

Hi Richard – Thank you for your comment. NO Shotgun came out of the gates hot with a lot of hype and promise, but in the end customers did not repurchase it. That said, if you are getting the results you want from it, go for it!

      Thank you for your comment…

  • You need to look at C4 ULTIMATE. I’m confident that will be superior to them all.

    • James Strong says:

Hi Dwayne- Thank you for your comment. A good percentage of customers always chime in and ask how “How did C4 Make The List???”. The fact is C4 has a big following and many people really like C4 and have for a long time, thus it continues to rank on in the Top 10. It may not be the highest ranked, most repurchased pre-workout but it does have its loyal fans, and you cannot argue with that.
