A Video Guide to Bent Over Barbell Rows
Bent Over Barbell Rows are a great way to build your back’s tone and definition while also increasing your strength.
This exercise involves compound movement that works your lats, upper back, and biceps to increase back thickness and build your so called “wings”.
Here’s What To Do:
- Grip barbell just wider than hip distance
- Bend your knees and drop your chest so your upper body is close to parallel with the ground and hang the bar so your arms are straight
- Bring the bar to your stomach, pulling elbows back toward the ceiling and squeezing your shoulder blades together in back, grazing your arms along ribcage
- To finish extend arms back down to the start position
